REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and we are happy to provide an exchange or refund on items returned to us within 28 days.

This is in addition to your legal right to cancel your contract with us within 14 working days of receipt.

Products must be returned unworn, and if possible, in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your item, or your item was received damaged or faulty please email us at thelibertyshowroom@gmail.com specifying the following:

  • Name you used when purchasing the item
  • A reason for your return or a description of the "fault" or "damage" 

We will provide you with an address to return your item to.

The Liberty Showroom does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us. Please ensure that you send proof of purchase so that items are returned to us securely.

Upon receiving your item, we will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with the original tags.

The Liberty Showroom reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds that do not follow the requirements stated.
